Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation:

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts in Microsoft Word format, using the provided template. The manuscript should be prepared according to the following guidelines:

  • Title: The title should be concise, descriptive, and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.
  • Abstract: A structured abstract of 200-250 words should summarize the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
  • Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords that are relevant to the content of the manuscript.
  • Introduction: Clearly state the objectives, motivation, and significance of the study, and provide a brief overview of the literature.
  • Materials and Methods: Describe the materials, equipment, and methods used in the study in sufficient detail to allow replication by other researchers.
  • Results: Present the findings of the study in a clear and organized manner, using tables, figures, and graphs where appropriate.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and compare them with relevant literature.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings of the study and outline any recommendations or future research directions.

2. Manuscript Formatting:

  • Authors are required to adhere to the following formatting guidelines when preparing their manuscripts for submission:

    • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size.
    • Line Spacing: Double-spaced throughout the manuscript, including the abstract, text, references, tables, and figures.
    • Margins: One-inch margins on all sides of the page.
    • Headings: Use a hierarchical structure of headings and subheadings to organize the manuscript.
    • Figures and Tables: Number figures and tables sequentially, and provide clear captions and legends.
    • Equations: Number equations consecutively and align them to the center of the page.
    3. References:
  • Cite references in the text using numerical superscripts, and list them at the end of the manuscript in numerical order.
  • Follow the Vancouver citation style for formatting references, providing the authors' names, title of the article, journal name, volume, issue, page numbers, and publication year.

4. Submission Process:

  • Authors should submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal's online submission system.
  • Include a cover letter with the submission, providing a brief overview of the study, its significance, and any conflicts of interest.

5. Review Process:

  • All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous peer review by experts in the field.
  • Authors will receive feedback and suggestions for revisions from the reviewers and editorial team.

6. Publication Ethics:

  • Authors should adhere to ethical standards in research and publication, including avoiding plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification of data.
  • Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest and obtain permission to use copyrighted material.

7. Copyright and Licensing:

  • Authors retain copyright of their published articles, which are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).
