Abstract

This paper presents software engineering solutions for type curve analysis in oil wells, focusing
on the South-Eastern Bangladesh region. We explore how advanced software engineering
techniques can enhance the accuracy and efficiency of type curve analysis, a critical method for
evaluating reservoir performance. By integrating software tools with traditional reservoir analysis
methods, we aim to provide a comprehensive approach that leverages the power of modern
computing and data analysis. The study involves developing and deploying a suite of software
tools designed to automate and optimize the type curve analysis process, thereby improving
decision-making and operational efficiency in oil well management.
