Abstract

Cloud computing has revolutionized the landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) by providing scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions for model training and deployment. This paper explores the advantages of leveraging cloud infrastructure for scalable AI operations, focusing on the integration of advanced cloud services such as elastic compute resources, managed machine learning platforms, and distributed storage solutions. We analyze how cloud-based architectures can enhance the training of large-scale AI models by facilitating resource elasticity, parallel processing, and seamless data access. Furthermore, the paper examines best practices for deploying AI models in cloud environments, including strategies for optimizing performance, ensuring security, and managing lifecycle operations. Through case studies and empirical analysis, we demonstrate the effectiveness of cloud computing in addressing the challenges of AI model scalability, offering insights into the future of cloud-integrated AI systems.
