Abstract

Cultural ecology, a theoretical framework rooted in anthropology and environmental studies, holds untapped potential for enriching cross-cultural management research. This paper proposes a procedural analysis model to systematically incorporate cultural ecology into cross-cultural management studies. The model outlines a step-by-step approach, encompassing theoretical grounding, research design, data collection, and analysis. By integrating cultural ecology, this research aims to enhance the understanding of how cultural and environmental factors intersect in shaping organizational practices, leadership styles, and workforce dynamics across diverse global contexts.
